RE: GREEN LIGHT TOURNEY
That's alright then mate, it'd have been a major disaster if it'd been Fosters Lager..
Fosters ?! I'd bomb them myself ... ! VB my friend, cold enough to crack your teeth and in large quantities and we wouldn't have even left the start line

COMBAT FOOTAGE- The River
Nort's panzers make it look so easy as they blow away my gun and MG-bunker (red X's) on turn 1 and thrust straight through the neutral zone and across the bridge into Soviet space..

Kevman's panzers dispose of the MG-bunker and gun, and cross the bridge..
And his 8-wheeler has a clear run ahead of him to the next objective, the city..

COMBAT FOOTAGE- The Wood
Risnervich's Sturmovik sees a target he can't resist: a dense pack of 6 panzers..
His salvo of 4 rockets straddles the German group (i've added white lines to clarify their fatal trajectories), 2 fall short but the front 2 scythe into the head of the group, immobilising one machine and wrecking the gun of another.
(The surrendered Russian ampulomet crew has a ringside seat)..

COMBAT FOOTAGE- The Wood
As my 9 panzers re-form after successfully capturing the rail crossing, DasTigers Sturmovik pays them a visit..
The deadly rain lances down, one rocket fell short (out of frame to right) but these other three struck home.
(I got off lightly, the only casualty was a damaged gun on a panzer)

You Know while I am enjoying this Tourney, It would be nice if the Ruskies reinforcements were facing the right way,

Agreed mate, you'd think they'd arrive facing the Germans, but the program brings them on all higgledy-piggledy, nowt to do with me..:)
Anyway it only takes a few seconds to re-face them except for the guns which take a bit longer to pivot.
It makes sense I suppose, because the guns are assumed to have just unlimbered from their abstracted tow trucks and its our job to re-face them and push them into position, it's the programs way of telling us "i'm not going to do everything for you"
