Man down, Man down....medic up front....medic up front
Well last night I slipped a disk in my lower back and I am out of phyiscal action for 6 - 8 weeks.

Anyways I am off work for the next 2 - 4 weeks and very limited in my mobility.

I have been told to stay mobile as best as I can due to the pain, but I am on some good stuff and its just taking the edge of it.

Gaming is about the only thing I can do right now but if you find when you ing me I don't get to the phone its because of my back......Hang on no of you chumps bother to ring me or come round on my birthday.......whoops must be the pain killers. hehe

So I am still around and maybe even a bit more regular in my turns and time on the boards.

mate .. I'm laid up after having metal pulled out of my knee two days ago .. (easier than putting it in - trust me..been a tough year) down and out for a week or two as well with some pretty low mobility and have to keep it raised- since you are just over the ditch let me know if you want to knock out a game to keep occupied!

Rest up and get better, Wigam.

I just had back surgery myself for a herniated disk, so I can imagine your pain. :)

The best advice I can give is take it real easy, the more you fight it, the longer the recovery will be.
