Reloading CS Europe in Flames

Long time, not around. I finally have some time and am attempting to reload the CS EIF, Fall of the Reich, and Divided Ground. Well, before I had an older Compaq Presario but now I have a Dell Inspirion laptop and am running XP Pro.

I cannot get the setup to launch on the dell, even from the "run" option. Nothing happens. So I disabled the virus program. Still nothing.

Took the CD back on my old Presario which runs the same virus program and the CD is now loading fine.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?
