Tourney scoring
A thought to help balancing assign results on outcome of each battle so each side has equal as follows.
If 15 teams get all scores then assign say

Top
2 decisive vic
3 marginal vic
5 draw
3 marginal loss
2 decisive loss
Bottom

Keep a tally of points & top 3 are top 3 players for tourney as determined by organiser. Could just assign points 1-15 or weight like a motor racing grid so top 3 score more being worth say 20, 17 15 for top 3

This will make each battle balanced as results are based purely on how well you did in the battle compared to your team mates.

Allows playing of historical battles to where 1 side is expected to win.

RE: Tourney scoring
Hi
I think you'll find that many of the tournaments are already scored exactly like that.
They players are then scored on The Blitz ladder as playing against the "SP Shadow Player" so the results can be posted.

All tourneys are scored and dealt with as the designer wishes. There is no 'blitz' policy on how things should work per se

Cheers

RE: Tourney scoring
Most tourneys use what you have thought with one exception, the bottom score will be a draw, no losses for anyone ... except the shadow player.
