Help Changing Me Email

My friend told me I should use a Yahoo email addy so my 'regular' email doesn't get jammed up with game email. But the Yahoo thing is too big of a pain. So...I changed my email to my 'real' one (really my sister's account :P) but when my name is clicked the Yahoo one comes up even though my member page shows the real one.

How do I change it so when my name is clicked upon my 'real' email is sent to and not the :censored: Yahoo one? :hissy:

I'll take a look & get a reply off in the morning....have you changed your general details on your member page? It seems to be showing the yahoo email address...

I think you are right. But why would it show my proper email on one page and the wrong one, where I put in the proper one, on the other page?

Bah, doesn't matter. I think it's all straight now. Thanks for helping a poor mentally challenged individual.

OK, I think we solved the mystery; there are two places you register your email: the general Blitz registry, which is for your player profile, and the ladders....here, it is the one you want, the cox.net address.

The other is for the forums. It's a different registry; so, to change your email for the forums, you have to use the "user cp" from the forum page. You log in to the forum (which is a separate log in from the Blitz); and then you'll see "user cp", above, right under the banner.

If that doesn't do it, send me an email.

Yes, that was it. I didn't even see that User CP even though it's bold.
