HMS Belfast
[attachment=2093][attachment=2094]Was in London for a few days and my better half gave me permission to go and spend sometime roaming throughout the cruiser armed with my trusty digital camera.
So as I need some practice with this high-tech equipment I'II attempt to post some of the pic's.

RE: HMS Belfast
A ship i would really love to go and see is HMS Victory. Found out today that one of the guys at work had a great great great grandfather who was Victory's sail maker.
What type of camera did you use?

It's a Pentax Optio V10 digital with a 2.0gb memory card, so you can take 1000 postcard size pic's, but you can go for better quality and take 500, or high quality and have around 250.
My number two son bought it for my birthday.

RE: HMS Belfast
Toured both the HMS Belfast and the HMS Victory in 1992 when I took the wife to England for our 5th wedding anniversary. Both were impressive in their way. The wife had more of an appreciate for Victory than Belfast. In her eyes the Belfast was a "new" ship and nothing special.

Hav'nt seen the Victory yet, as you will be aware you've must come and go in a relationship, hey I feel safe in London but my wife was apprehensive about touring the Tower by herself.
