Hi which scenario(#) is the full campaign historical,and are there any other scenarios for download?

I think it's #218-264 "On a Collision Course" series which starts out on June 22, 1863. That's my guess, and you do pose a good question on the downloadables. Unfortunately I can't answer that one!
