I purchased WSF, still trying to learn it. Love the map!

It does not seem to have an OOB editor. Is this correct or am I just missing it?

That is correct, no OOB editor. Providing one would eliminate their market for later games in the series. For example, if an OOB were provided with the first game, no one would need to buy a game based on the western front in 1944 because they have the map from TFB. A grim reminder that sometimes decisions have to be made based on profitability.
