GUNSLNGR

"A man will be imprisoned in a room with a door that's unlocked and opens inwards; as long as it does not occur to him to pull rather than push."

I've tried -- really triiiiiiiiied -- to be good. Ever since post 3. Then you had to go and do this.

I don't even know where to begin. It's like clubbing baby seals. ;)

EDIT: Oooh, GUNSLNGR beat me with the fast draw!

RE: Advice on movie
Epoletov maybe you can help me. Way back in the mid '70 I watched a russian war movie in an odd Danish cinema. the movie were in russian with Swedish or English subtitles
I can't remember the name, but it involved a large tank battle (Kursk??) some female soldiers (tank drivers?) it must have been a long movie, because as far as I remember the cinema hasn't got the roll with the end of the movie, so I never got to see the end of it.
(or maybe it was part 1 of a movie in 2 parts).
For long time I thougth it was "They fought for the Motherland" but when I got hold of a copy - it was not this movie.
Do you have an idea from this meager information, I will appreciate a guess from you (or from some other war film buff out there).
Regards
Stonefire

RE: Advice on movie
2 Stonefire : Probably it is the Epopee from 5 parts "Освобождение" (the first part about Kursk fight, then Dnepr, Belarus, Oder, Berlin).
In it scale natural battle stages.
Here you can see screenschoots and a fragment of film.

"Освобождение"

On style it more likely the description of events (like the textbook). There is staff of a newsreel. And in addition histories of some small divisions where already more naturally war also is close shown.

What exactly was pleasant to you in searched film, is possible so I shall understand is better that it was.

P.S.: About women of tankmen I do not know such film.
