Can anyone recommend me a good book to start with about WWII warfare on Eastern Front (memories, overviews etc)? Preferably in more less simple English and it would be great if I'll find it on net.

I don't know that I can meet your desire for books written in simple English and free on the web, but I can suggest:

--Hitler Moves East by Paul Carrel (great but hard to find)
--Scorched Earth, also by Carrel and also very hard to find
--Panzer Aces and Infantry Aces by Franz Kurowski. I think Stackpole Military History is now publishing these titles
--The Road to Stalingrad and The Road to Berlin by John Erickson. These are comprehensive and detailed histories. They suffer terribly from lack of maps, at least in the edition I have.

There is an awful lot of content on the web too, and it's easily found. Here's something I came across just today that looks pretty interesting:

Probably broader than you're after, but Gerhard Weinberg's World in Flames is the best single volume on WWII globally ever written.
