Thats the spirit

And again apologies was reckless but judgement call had to try something to shift the initative we have not pushed yet & in another few turns or quite possibly now would not have been able. The writing was on the wall though must admit going in blind was some what insane but hell if were one nil down you gotta try something.
The Brits swift aproach or our tardiness pretty much decided this from turn 2 IMHO & I thought we were the mobile force Big Grin:smoke:

Take heart my friend, this one isn't over yet by a long shot...I've lost enough of these to know when its really bad - and it ain't really bad yet.

There will be some burning Cromwells soon...very soon (insert diabolical laughter here)

Just a reminder to the Germans that we are playing a game here.. it really doesn't take that long, over and done with in less than one hour :)

RE: Open Team Battle - Discussion
In hindsight, I guess we should have checked the availablity of the players.

But when you're playing against five people, who would have thought that none of them would be able to play a turn for two or three days?

Even when I play against only one person, it's unusual if they can't get a turn back for three days.

I'll email Double_Deuce to see if I can find out what's going on...

I took the last one so someone else will have to grab it.

Sorry the last 6 days I has been at work between 12 - 14 h per day.
But if no one take it before I'll do it tomorrow (ie 10-12 h from now)

Walrus is AWOL and Cross is ineligible, Fred. The latest turn by rights should be yours. I'll let it sit about 12 hours then grab it if you don't.

Says the fourth highest ELO on the ladder ...

More German toys with expired warranties, I'm guessing?

That's just a temporary state until the good players figure out that there are easy ELO points to gain.. :whis:
