Map pack 3

Are there any guys out there that are interested in creating maps for a third map pack? Same rewards, 20 points per custom map. Lets say emailed to me (do not post them here, I will not include them) by 1 Oct 09.

If players wish to contribute ensure that when you save the map you include the map size (ie 100 x 160) and that your name is on the map itself (ie map by weasel).

If you extend the deadline from Oct 01, 2009 til say the middle of Nov. I can add to the pot. I have blocked out some time to learn the cut and paste function on the CD map Editor.
There is a reasonable chance that the KSA will be conducting mechanized warfare in Yeman next spring. Right now, there is a proxie war between Iranian supported factions attempting to overthrow the government and the KSA supported government. If it looks like the Iranian proxies will win, the King has promised to send troops in to wipe them out.
So I plan on going thru the present map libary and making 2 or 3 new maps from bits of old maps so as to have something to fight MBT battles on. It will be November before I get started on that.

Well since we are well past 1 Oct, I guess I can do that. I can wait until 1 Dec if guys need more time, I don't really want to submit a pack with only my two maps in it.

However, you cannot use other persons maps, even if edited. I guess I could include them with the original artists permission, but I was going for original maps.

OK, I'll do a scratch map, or almost. The random map generator is pretty good nowdays. I'll just do it that way and then tweak it.
I couldn't get the cut and paste function to work anyway.
