RE: What of these MC scenarios would you like to see?
Sorry for resurrecting this htread chaps, but what would you think if they extend the map to include part of Switzerland?

I mean, i know that it would be neutral but.. they would intervene if the WP invades them wouldn't they? It could be done by fixing all their units until some WP unit enters into the LOS of any of the swiss units...

What do you think? a crazy idea?

It would have to be a border or air space violation, not los. I've been on field exercises where we could sit atop a ridge and see across the valley to Switzerland. Los would not be good enough.

I never met anyone who objected to a map extension - it like asking someone if they care for Sex:)

That said
- the engine doesn't do well for mountain warfare
- the map is limited to a fixed number of 12 elevations changes due to the terrain tiles. So pushing the map which reflects relief/terrain in central europe, into higher elevations of the alps washes out the detail at the lower elevations.

I said LOS because i assume that there would be some kind of frontier patrols or something like that, and when these units detects any WP unit, then they would unfix some units here and there...
