The George Nafziger's Orders of Battle collection has been donated to the US Army's Combined Arms Research Library and is now available as a free download (organized by period).

Keep in mind that his OOBs have a fair amount of errors, at least the Germans one do. A far better source for German WWII KStNs is the link below.
