You just made a grown man cry! Cry
For me, the longest and hardest part of putting together a scenario are the briefings. I know this is true for other scenario designers :hissy:
You need horse whipping! Whip
Big Grin

For me it all works out like this: BLAH BLAH BLAH you get tigers BLAH BLAH BLAH (while I think to myself...OH BOY I GET TIGERS) BLAH BLAH MORE TIGERS BLAH BLAH.

Then I open the game and look to see where my objective flags are. Behind me, cool I am defending, in front I am attacking/advancing. Easy-Peasy as pie.

RE: Looking for some games
I'll be your #1, if you're still looking. Fine to mirror, either simultaneously or back-to-back.

My preference would be somewhere in the 35 (or 30+) turn range, if you have different feelings, let me know. I'm assuming unrestricted troops?

Set it up and send it over, or if you'd rather I can set it up (but it might take me a day or two to get to it).

Setup on the way! cheers

Actually, playing blind doesn't mean not reading the briefing,it means not opening the scenario to see where your opponent's troops are located/which forces he has :)
Since i'm the one picking the scenario i guess it's fair you'll choose your side?Which one should it be?

Raz, is this an approved scenario, or one to be play tested? Prefer not to play test anymore at this point, I have done 2 or 3 and that is enough right now for the amount of time I have spent playing CM.

Actually i was thinking at Combined Arms-the most balanced setting imho-and 45+ turns. Is this ok with you?If so i will proceed with the setups...

It's an approved scenario!

45 turns is even better!

Combined Arms will rule out my 23 conscript mortar FO's strategy, but I can work with it. :)

Fire 'em up and send 'em over.

Ok, so I will take Allies, and you can be P1.
