Primasole bridge map
I know I've played a battle at the site but I guess it was WaW series, I'm looking for a map for SPWW2. Anyone happen to have one? I even searched for a scenario to snatch it from there but no luck. I was certain that a famous battle like that would have scenario made of it or at least a map but no. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

RE: Primasole bridge map
Didn't Weasel do one of his scenarios in the Sicily Tournament about the Primasole Bridge ? I am almost certain he did. Contact Chris.

RE: Primasole bridge map
Looked everywhere, don't have it. It was a DOS SP map anyway, not sure it could be used in WIN version could it? If you want I can scan the map I took it from from my Sicily book and email it to you.

RE: Primasole bridge map
I looked for maps and created it already, thanks for the trouble. And once I had built it the bloody game decided to throw brits on the right side which of course is just the opposite from what I figured and there is no way to flip the sides any more.

Remember the dos version had the arrows so you could switch which side you wanted that country on. I don't know some of the DOS features didn't make it windows.

RE: Primasole bridge map
You can do it in editor but when you use custom map in generated battle that option is gone.

RE: Primasole bridge map
Vesku, I would love to see your Primosole Bridge map.
I have copies of some excellent detailed WW2 maps of the area, showing the marshes, orchards, vineyards, drop zones etc...but I have yet to make a SP map.

RE: Primasole bridge map
Vesku and I swapped some files by email, but I thought I'd share a detailed 1943 1st Airborne division map in case anyone is interested.
Here it is with a hex grid overlay in SP scale:
Click on the following if you want to see the whole thing, because I don't think it will fit on this thread:
Here's two websites with excellent info:
http://www.paradata.org.uk/media/848?med...aItem=2581
and
http://www.pegasusarchive.org/sicily/depth_fustian.htm
The above map was a detailed 4x3 KM map (80x60 hexes)
Here is a less detailed 8x8 KM (160x160 hexes):
