All skill levels are more than welcome. I do my best to match up guys based on ladder ranks as well as personal playing experience. Even in losing a couple of games, you'll learn a lot and meet some great guys. I will second what Mad Dog said, almost every guy I've ever played has been more interested in playing a good game than needing to amass more wins. It's a really great group of guys here, ones that are more than willing to help out a guy learning the ropes.
As for the tanks, I'll try to balance the scenarios so that there is a good mix of infantry and tank action. SB is primarily an infantry-based game, I'll try to keep that notion when picking the scenarios.

It probably won't get started until after New Years. I've got four matches left in the Green Hell Tourney and they should all be done around Christmas.
