looking for PBEM player

I'm looking for PBEM oponent. I prefer SPWaW (now I play v.8.2.0 but it not condition) and Allied Forces (for eg. GB, Poland, ANZAC, Canada).

I prefer fighting in Europe. I dont like to fight against "acht koma acht" on desert when german player wants limints on artillery and air strikes :)

OK, SPWaW upgraded to 8.403. I do not see many differences.

So, seabolt what battle conditions? Points, map, armies, year etc?

Points 2000 - 5000? (It depends on year and map)
realism preferences - ON for all
ammo carriers - ???
Air strikes: in Poland 1939 - german superiority (I mean for eg. 3:0, 4:1), balanced (or german superiority) on western front 1940 and in years 1944-45 allied superiority.
Artillery - 10% points.
Light mortars (eg. german 50mm mortar, british 2in mortar or polish 46mm GL) included in other formations like infantry platoon, doesnt count as "artillery points".
Off board artillery ???
Any other sugestions :) ?

Command Control OFF
Reduced Squards OFF
All other realism ON

Any of that sound stupid?

I have Enhanced 2009 loaded with 8.403. I'm not exactly clear on what's what on the upgrades, there. Is that what you're looking for, or is there a later Enhanced upgrade?

I'd really be keen on trying an internet timed battle once I try a couple of PBEM fights to get my head back into it. Years ago I would play a guy online with 3-minute turns and it was huge fun. The ticking clock changes everything ...

As long as the map is roughly equitable, I'm fine with it. Random or made to look a little more realistic is fine.

I want to recall that Rarity On is a huge potential cheat for player 1. You could keep rebooting setup till you get lucky and get all the units you want, leaving player 2 to the usual Rarity On dog's breakfast. Is that not how it works?

I just figure it's easier if both players have total access and are on their own dignity to not spam bent or broken units.

Oof. I'm too out of practice to play a CC On battle in my first outing! It has been three years since I last played SPWaW.
