PzC screen keeps going black

running XP, not multitasking but getting to the point where the program won't run for more than 10 minutes without the PzC screen going black, any thoughts?

After your screen goes black, what are you doing to get the screen back up? Is the black screen occurring all the time? or just when playing one PzC game, or all PzC games?

Do you have a internal or external graphics card?

have to restart the program to get the screen back

currently running M44 and K44 - both are doing it, but M44 is worse

the computer is a laptop

Have you tried running a game from a different series to see if it also happens; EAW, NAP, etc?

I doubt the issue is related to the graphics handling of the PzC game. If the screen is going dark during a game replay it might well be you have a setting for the screen to power down after a period of no activity (input from mouse or keyboard). Especially long replays can have this happen if the power saving setting for your screen is set short enough.

nope, happens while I am moving units just as often as during replays

I run XP, have played many different series on it without this issue, i would guess it is a issue with the PC rather than the titles, but impossible to be sure?

I get this in mostly the older series games where I change to another application, and when I change back(atl-TAB) my HPS-game screen is static. Can save and reload , but cant see anything.
