TERRAIN MODIFICATIONS IN NEW SCENARIOS
I'm not sure if this is the correct area to make a suggestion concerning certain terrain modifications especially for new upcoming scenarios but I'm open for any suggestions. In all of my readings concerning the war in Russia, especially in Southern Russia, due to the frequency of rain storms and the nature of the soil the Russians created embankments to place their railroad tracks to protect them from flooding. These created natural barriers which greatly assisted the Soviet defensive framework and makes attacking such a feature that much more difficult. Any thoughts?

If the delta level of the map is not too much, they can be represented by + 1 elevation level. In the Netherlands it is also very common to have railways on embankments which in turn are often the only elevation in the entire surrounding area. So no wonder railways where often used to dig in.
The same goes for levees. No of these where ofcourse 250 m wide, but it doesn't really hurt game play.
