Hey Mike:
Why not have one of the "Super Moderators" set-up an "Important thread" section within the "Korean Mod" forum?
Label it "Korean Mod Game Files + 1.04 Upgrade" or something like that? Have instructions in the thread on how to download and install these files?
Designating a thread as an "Important thread" will keep it always at the top of a forum section.
Then when you or others get the "Where can I download these files" question.... folks can be be quickly pointed to these file downloads?
Alas... I'm only a "Moderator" of the H2H Section... not a "Super" Moderator... or I could quickly set it up for you. :(
