Little graphics mod for EF

Hey all, some mention was made of an interest in color, and/or redone/new phasebox(turn indicator) and the ad screens that come up when exiting the program. Always bugged me that a lot of the ads were from the Pacific and other theaters, not the Eastern Front. Despite all the hand wringing at Matrix over the mere mention of graphics improvements, I like the color bits better.

The numbers pretty much for the most part equal that nation in EF, with the exception of a few near the end, and there are still one or two B/W.
