Not really. Considering the scenario. You can tell by the ass whooping the Germans are taking in this. Look at the results. I know some of these guys playing the Germans are no jokes and they are getting steamrolled. Tanks and open fields of fire equal disaster especially given what the Axis have.
Hopefully I can fair better. So far I knocked out one tank but see two more that I really cannot touch. It will get interesting.
Odin---what is up with the turn rate? Only cranking out maybe one or two turns a week. You bogged down with games or just busy in RL. Let me know our situation.

Today marks the official start of the second round of the tournament. If you haven't yet finished the first round,no rush, you'll just play both games in parallel.
Jaws-who decided he doesn't want to play anymore has been replaced by Toblakai.

The scenario to be played is 'CW In the shadow of the hill 6 am'.
The allied player is the one who will start the setup and send the first turn to his axis opponent.
The games are to be played using 'Warrior' as skill level.
The game will be reported, but won't count as a ladder game.
When the game is finished, please don't forget to post a message stating so,along with the scores both of you got.
Some words about etiquette. I guess this is a known fact, but to avoid any issues, here i go :) Pre-planned artillery strikes are not allowed if you're the defender, due to the small setup zones. It is,however, allowed if you're playing with the attacking side.
For those of you less familiarized with the site, who don't know how to contact your opponent, please have a look at the first post from this thread:
"In the shadow of the hill" round 1
Good luck to all of you!
Raz.
can you still count me in as e spare one?

I awarded you the victory in the first round.
As for the second game,i guess it's possible your opponent is gone for a late vacation? How many rounds were played?
greetings there,i am ready to take over if you need me!
Only the password phase was completed. I've sent another email to check on our status. Hopefully, he's just on vacation. Made contact with Viajero, game is still on, he was just delayed.

Round 2
Chief Looking Glass vs Kuderian finished.
Axis minor victory (443-322)

Nelson1812 and I have finished.
Nelson won with a Major British Victory 681 - 74
Nelson is an excellent opponent and was very patient with my slow turn rate.

Thanks for the game "Wicked". Good to be kept informed when RL cuts into your gaming time. So no problems there. Good fun game Thanks.
