Attached here is a PBeM file for anyone to download and see, it is slot 5.

The previous opponent decided to call this battle off, even before purchasing his own troops, because we have a disagreement on one rule, namely, very limited purchase of CM weapons.

The map here is a very queer one, with high-rise buildings and bridges to create choke points and overwatch posts. These high-rise buildings provide LOS beyond lower structures like lower buildings, small hills & dunes, hedgerows, and trees. They are perfect for machinegun emplacements, snipers, ATGM, and forward observers.

Beware though, it is set-up in BASIC security mode as per my previous opponent's request. Too bad I can't change the security level now.

What?! I didn´t call it off. I suggested ´no bomblets´ when we were still talking about the rules and suddenly you send me the setup files along with the rules including a clause max. SECTION of CM artillery. I already wrote to you that everything is ok but I guess it´s called off now...

This is one hell of a misunderstanding, I'm really sorry.

I concluded from your previous e-mail that you can not even tolerate a maximum of ONE section of CM weapons. Besides, I told you already I didn't buy any CM artillery but for the sake of freedom, that rule about max 1 smallest formation of CM arty still applies. I did buy one sortie of bomblet-loaded CAS, just so you know.

Your delay plus your words on the previous e-mail convinced me that you have called this battle off. It would have been a different story if you have informed me earlier that you "need to spend some time with the setup. Could take a few days..."

OK, everything is straightened out finally. We have agreed to continue the battle. So any takers from that uploaded PBeM file will no longer accepted, just in case.
