I'd like to know about scoring(How the score is determined) and registration(How to do the registration).

The points awarded for playing a scenario in TOAW are based on the SM number assigned to the scenario. The chart used for TOAW can be found here:

In order to report a PBEM game you and your opponent must both belong to the TOAW ladder.

The link to this thread will help instruct you as to what you need to do to join a ladder.

After you have joined the ladder and you have finished your PBEM game, you can report it by selecting the "Report A Game" located just below the Blitz Banner.
