I found two of the three files over in the download section EFII Tree Mod and the EFII Summer Terrain. Still need the winter terrain as its not over there.

I won't propably have time to look at them until weekend, but looking at the sheer size of the zip Jason posted there, it's quite a lot!

I think the colors are great. They brighten the map up. If you want paint to be really shiny you add lead to it. By the 1970's lead base paint became illegal. But, your mod does not cover the 70's forward.
