Buildings inside and out
This thread is a general discussion about buildings the occupation, movement in and around, finding cover and shooting angles, etc etc.

My first question is about windows, LOS, and positioning.

How do you resolve getting the right ordinance pointed out the right window?

Is it left up to the AI to find the optimal configuration?

Do you fuss with the target arcs and reorder them to move in the same room?

What is your guys take?

If the unit spots the enemy they'll usually reorientate themselves correctly. It can be a bit of a pain when deploying MGs in buildings though. What I usually do is to move them in first, then order them to deploy their weapon after the first turn.

As far as I know, target arc commands order to face the bisector of the angle of the arc.

Thanks for the imput BB

Right, and that arc is drawn from the guy with binoculars or the top officer not always the weapon.

Has any one fidgetted with this to see if there are effective ways to really detail your orientation in buildings?
