Change RS map from 'temperate ' to 'tropical'

Guys,

Have created a map in RS and spent quite a bit of time on it, only to find when trying to place dense jungle that I'd stupidly set it up as a 'temperate' region and not 'tropical' has had been intended.

Is there a way to switch map from 'temperate' to 'tropical'?

Yes, but you will probably still need to manually change some terrain already done, maybe not if they don't overlap, haven't done this is awhile, but here goes!

First, make a backup of your map file.In Notepad, open up any tropical map.
Open your map in Notepad
There are three lines of letters/numbers before the large field of terrain code, in the Tropical map you have open, copy the third line, and paste onto the third line in your map you have open, save.

Close both maps from Notepad, and open your map now in RSmap, it will now display the correct tile sets. Check anything you did already for anomolies!
