Unit Bases
I decided to try out SPWW2 for the 1st time.

Does the use of unit bases on the main game map exist in this series and if so, how do you activate and deactivate them?

Thanks

There are none. Since you know how to use Jones Mod Swapper, try Cross's infantry mod or Rosollia's infantry. The later has a slightly larger black border. It's just personal preference. There is also a large infantry icon mod too.
No bases for the vehicles either.

RE: Unit Bases
Ok Thanks, I'll start trying to locate them.

Does a SPWW2/MBT mod website exist anywhere or do I need to look for that type of stuff over at the SP community forums site?

I think Cross has a link to his stuff in his sig or go to the Shrapnel Forums and look in the mods section. If you still have trouble let me know and I'll send them to you.

RE: Unit Bases
There is no bases, unless you want create one,ie ammo dumps, arty parks ect,not recommended however.
The HQ unit is a squad, and eaisly eliminated and therefore should stay in the rear not near the front for obvious reasons.
Keep in mind this is a unit based game not divisionalSmile
