Middle East will be available through the Matrix Games website hopefully in June (2014).
Not sure on cost yet, but I suspect around $30.00 (this is subject to change since I have no clear idea how Matrix sets up their pricing structure).
Vietnam is scheduled to be released for Christmas (2014).
