getting on the boat

Playing one of the Rosario scenarios from Falklands and I've been trying to get that one isolated squad to load on the Gemini inflatable boat parked at the dock. Won't let me onto the boat as I get the message that my unit isn't amphibious and of course the boat won't move because it has no crew. Any ideas on how I can use the boat?

It would appear that the team and the boat exceed the stacking limit for the bridge (Gemini is ten and the team is four, max is ten) and consequently, you can't get them in the same hex. The scenario designer obviously didn't check this out before hand. That guy should be fired.

Well maybe not fired but surely a severe flogging would do.
