Issues with Reporting A Game

After several attempts to contact my opponent, including a posting on the Message Board, I decided to Report a forfeited game on the Tiller Operational Campaigns Ladder for France '14 that we began in 2010.

However, my opponent is currently only active on the Black Powder Ladder, so his name did not appear on the drop down menu.

Is there any way I can report the game?
