i am using version 1.03 and cm helper
my opponent is sending me file 004 but i cant start it. What you didn`t see in the attachement file is an small crossed circuit after the name of the file. What to do?

So what is the problem exactly? When you try to play the turn it what happens?
By "small crossed circuit" do you mean the no smoking / ghost buster symbol that appears when your cursor hovers over the turn? If so that is a UI element to allow for the deletion of turn files. If you click on it the symbol will stay and you can click on multiple turns' ghost buster symbols and use the delete command to have the game delete them all.
