1814 campaign question

A rather technical question:

I'm currently some 8 scenarios into the 1814 campaign and are now at Troyes. Scenario NSLS 3c/2  I think it is. Always difficult to work out the exact scenario in campaigns. Something is off - if I open the scenario in the editor it should be 80 hex visibility but it's actually 1 hex in clear daylight!  A very minor correction to the file is needed. Is it the pdt file that controls visibility? And if so what line. I just can't work it out. If it is the pdt it'll be the NSLS Feb 22 one. Or possibly the Feb 21st one - the scenario in question is set on 22nd but refers to the 21 Feb pdt. It may well be our men are confused as to what day it is

What we have done is simply put in a Termination Bid and moved on to the next scenario.
