HPS Website Down

Hello,
I went to the HPS site to try and download the Eckmuhl patch and the website is down. Anyone know anything?

It got there a second ago for me - maybe one of those server-side glitches that happens every so often on any website, although the Eckmuhl update is available off of the JTS site (and anyone with an HPS version, like with PzC, and CWB can contact support to get an S/N for those titles).

that's crazy, when I had issues it was up in 24 hours..now there is the technical issues page (last time it just failed to load)..

an update!

Update 20 Feb: We are still rebuilding the server, which has suffered a sequence of multiple hardware failures. Due to the extensive nature of the rebuilding process, we do not have an estimated time for completion. And again, thank you for your patience as we get back online.

Still down today.

They are a company indeed, but behind the word you have a very small team of people dedicated to the hobby. I am even pretty sure it is a side activity.
They are miles away from a company like Ubisoft that has a full IT dept to take care of such mishaps.

Hopefully they will recover soon.
