W10 Direct-Play for Wolfpack
Good Evening:

Anyone have  any advice for playing wolfpack using direct-play?  What port assignments should be used etc?  We used to play Jutland all the time.

Regards,

RE: W10 Direct-Play for Wolfpack
Got a little help from JTS support and I played 1 on 1 in the getting started scenario. Got a down the throat shot on a CGC after it had collided with the corvette it was hunting me with. Didn't sink and AK but managed to damage a few with my deck gun. Finally ran away as I was out of fish and was losing the gun battle with the Corvette. We are both vets of the Naval Battles but haven't played them in a long while. We had a blast. Big Grin

Hey Phil (and I'm guessing Rich!)!

Would you be interested in drafting up a quick "How To" and posting over at the Naval Warfare forum? Might save some time for other players ... ... ... like me!

This is what Rich put up on the FB group:

Quote:If anyone tries to connect on-line, the key is opening the right ports on your firewall - be it a software or hardware firewall. The ports you need to have open are:
47624 to 47624
2300 to 2400
6073 to 6073 I always did this for both TCP & UDP traffic.
