Error reading scenario file

I just Golded two different PzC titles.

Ran the game, ser. no. approved, but now I can't start a game in either one. I'm trying to set up *.bte files, and it keeps saying "Error reading scenario file."

I see scenario files in the folder(s) dated 2007 and 2010 (depending on the folder).

Does anyone have any ideas about what I need to do?

Did you double check to make sure your games are fully updated?

If so, suggest you contact JTS support.

Yeah it definitely seems like the gold version didn't fully install.

It was the latest patch. I DLed it, installed it, ran it. Got the error message.

You have to install the base gold games to apply the patch against. It seems like you must have applied it to a non gold install?
