I love Monsters. Already owning Moscow ' 42, Normandy and Minsk'44. 

Which campaigns have similiar unit density? (Besides Bulge and France'40 which campaigns do not hook me).

Just guessing here, but after France 40, I am thinking Stalingrad is next.

I am working on a multi day Crusader battle for PzB North Africa that may be similar in number of units at a smaller unit scale.

That's what I was thinking Ricky B, your second guess. Stalingrad! Operation Uranus and The Ring scenarios come to mind. Huge!

In real life there were close to 2 million casualties around that city! Unbelievable.

Take a look at Korsun 44. It's a monster but with plenty of room for maneuver and lots of action! jonny

If size matters to you, maybe go with
- Kharkov 42 : The Flashing Sword scenario
- Kharkov 43 : Grand Campaign
- Budapest 45 : Konrad Campaign
- Moscow 41 : Operation Typhoon
Or maybe even Sicily 43: Operation Husky

As mentioned above Stalingrad and Korsun are also good options

I wouldn’t eve dare to tackle any of these 🥶

How about Moscow 42 - Grand Campaign - 576 turns.

The forth invasion scenario in Serbia 14 is "only" 389 turns long, but the map is huge...........
