End scenario screen

In other Campaign Series games when the game was over and you got the last turn of the game you could see all of the enemy units and their strength values. With Vietnam you still see where all of the enemy units were but you can't see the strength values only a ? appears. Is this supposed to happen and if so why? The game is over so there is no value to using FOW in the unit values.
