As you tell from the title I've made some decisions. This tournament will feature Kharkov '43. This title has a large inventory of completed games which gives a statistical sample of determining the bias in the scenarios. It also allows both teams to be on the attack and on the defense, as was the case historically. The scenarios are:

If you have a question mark beside your name you have not indicated your preferred team. If you don't indicate your preference, I will assume you don't care.

I will entertain additional entrants, but obviously they must own Kharkov '43. Deadline for entrants is Friday, October 4, 2359PDT. The Round 1 pairings will be posted on Saturday October 5, and Round 1 starts Saturday, October 6, and ends Saturday, November 23, 2024.

Sorry to derail things but I'll need a quick replacement as I don't have Kharkov '43. 
I've got Kharkov '42. I'd love to buy the game so I could play in the competition but I already have too many 'winter' PzC titles. 

So sorry about that. Need a quick replacement folks. Lets get this competition started .

Where about on a players Profile do you see a list of their games? I've no idea how to find this? I can't remember putting a list up when I created my Profile many moons ago? 

The only list of games I have was the list of my games I sent to you as a Blitz PM which is what you asked players to do?

You can select the games you own on the first tab of the control panel, where you also select ladders.

It's only visible if someone filled it in.

In the case of Plain Ian, I see no list of games owned when I select his profile.

Registration for the tournament is open until Friday, October 4, 2359PDT. I need an even number of new entrants as per the tournament design.
