I just noticed the 4.05 version is not out yet for this game. The updates have been so fast and furious, I have lost track. I still put forth the question since the update may close to release and someone might be privy to when where I am not.

This is covered in the tournament rules, "Entrants must have their title installations patched up to the latest version. Any game, started before a version change is available, must be completed before upgrading, and the entrants must upgrade their title after completion of the scenario. As of 20240901 v4.04 was rolled out to all titles, and v4.05 is just beginning."

Provided the players profile is up to date you can email a player by clicking on their Call Sign which will bring you to their profile page.  You can then click on "email me" and an email form will pop up, which when sent will arrive in his email.  You can not actually see his email while doing this, The Blitz set it up that way to protect peoples privacy.  Give him your email address in the body of the message and you can establish Comms that way.  You can also try private message but if the player isn't set up to get notifications he may not see that right away.
