I'm not really sure what you mean exactly. Are you saying you open the scenario in the editor and find out where the reinforcements arrive and camp out there? Most scenarios you would have to fight your way there so there's that.
Or are you talking about bombarding the setup zone? We don't usually play with a bunch of custom rules we just let the scenario play out.
I haven't played for a long time, so maybe I'm wrong. You don't need an editor for it, it's enough if you've played the scenario. That's not really a big deal.
Yes, I mean the former. You form your units with LOS on the reinforcement zone. For the other side, it would be as if they were teleported directly into a battle.
