When I was developing the tournament scoring system I realized that it is entirely possible that there could be more than one entrant having achieved major victories in all games. In that circumstance, how would one determine the winner, short of having a playoff round? Scoring with 2 points for a major win, 1 point for a minor win is not granular enough, hence my normalized Tournament Point system.
