CMAK patch v1.03 Issue

I have run into a bit of a problem here that I only discovered when joining the CMAK tourney. I have the European CDV Combat Mission Anthology. The CMAK install is to 1.01 which is the no CD version. When I apply the v1.03 patch my full install goes away and the game asks for the CD in the drive and my only options are Mulitplayer and Exit. Putting the CDV discs 2 and 3 back into the drive do nothing except prompt for either uninstall, reinstall, or exit.

The v1.03 patch read me has no install method detailed. The patch does not seem to find the install directory and simply creates a new folder in the CMAK run directory. The only way I could see to apply the patch was to copy/paste the extracted files over the previous.

I would really appreciate the help! So would my patient opponent. I probably did something wrong but am not sure what!
