No, I heard the adivice, but it's still the Dell desktop dats broke. The Dell laptop is working fine, five years old. But most of my files were on the desktop which is still crashed.

Gotta tell you though, for basic business, HP ok -- but their components not always the best for anything else. Lots of bloatware and not great customer service -- in the past at least.

But then, why should anyone listen to me on this topic? :rolleyes:
