Scenario Editing Question

Thanks Glenn and Rick - I'd wondered what was causing it, but never got round to testing it. I don't think it is related to the strategy choices. Or ... the strat choices may well break it too, but I think it is one of the earlier changes that was the first to break it - explicit supply perhaps?

Anyway, now that I know what it is I feel happier about using it again - cut out the "2" lines ino a seperate file, edit them with Ricks tool, then paste back into the main scen file.
