If the password is the problem, trying entering it first in all "CAPITAL" letters, and if that doesn't work, try it in all "small" letters!

As far as I know, to get to your member page, the PW must be in CAPS, but to report a game, the PW must be in small letters! It is a peculiarity of the Blitz Message Board for some reason!!
