In which army?

In the american, I'll take the three Sherman tanks.
American TD's carried no HE rounds. They were very thinly armored.
Oh.. open turret too. Very bad.. :-(

In the german, the Jagdpanther will do nicely..
It was the Royce Rolls of the TD's.. :-)
