I would buy it from Naval Warfare Simulations from USA if you have a plastic card, very good exchange rate !!!, and fast postage, may arrive in time for Christmas.

He has a shop/link on ebay ( the auction site ) if you seach for " War in the Pacific " at the site you'll find it.
