In my opinion it would be better to send your comments directly to the scenario designer and it is up to him whether to include your comments or not. On the other hand you can always ask designer if he has no objections about you doing that.

On the other hand, your opinion about scenario maybe just opposite to others' opinions... I have played several scenarios that were judged unbalanced or not entertaining, but I gave it a try and they were very godd. Very good in my opinion, of course... :smoke:

There is different story about some scenarios designed for playing against AI (lots of fixed units, etc.) I'm not sure what to do with those ones. You can always design your own scenario describing that specific battle.
